Edit, increasing to four stars. I rescheduled my on site appointment for a later mobile appointment. Once the new appointment came, the quality of service was what I’ve come to expect from Safelite. —————————————————— Past experiences with Safelite have been great, but either they went downhill or I got really unlucky. I had to wait almost a week to get an appointment. When I did get one, I stayed home all day, and the technician no-showed because her tablet broke. (??) Then I was told that mobile service would be another week. Calling the 800 number got me an earlier appointment, but I have to drive it 30 miles and wait there instead of the mobile service that I was supposed to receive. Totally frustrating considering I’ve received same-day service in the past.

Buyer beware called for a quote on my 2019 tacoma for a windshield replacement was quote 1129 dollars informed me 600 of this price was for calibration of the electronics took it to another glass shop 469 out the dollar that was with the windshield calibration felt like they tried to take advantage of my situation
