Enrico helped me win a very favorable outcome in my high conflict custody case. He knew just what questions to ask to get me to speak to the points I wanted heard during my testimony. While I hope I won’t have to use his expertise again, he will be the first person I call if I do. If you find yourself needing a custody lawyer, you will not be disappointed with Enrico.

If you want quality and confidence, go with this firm. Enrico Pagnanelli has helped me on several occasions and has always come through strong. His ability to pick up information quickly and gauge the situation gave me the confidence I needed, and reassurance that I was in good hands. He is straight and to the point which means you will be able to complete the process quickly and effectively. Very kind, very professional, you wont regret making this choice.

I want to write this review to help people like me that are out there searching for a good family lawyer to help them settle the past and start fresh. I found Enrico through google search as I didn’t know anyone who was going through divorce at the time nor did I know any lawyers. Enrico has been my family lawyer since 2018. He has guided me through my divorce, numerous motion filings and custody battle. He is very patient with me when I was going through the extreme emotional rollercoasters. He is VERY responsive, intelligent and hardworking lawyer that really goes above and beyond to get what I wanted. I have recommended Enrico to couple of my friends that needed legal advice and I would recommend him to anyone who needs a responsible, reliable and smart lawyer who is a also a decent human being!

I can not say enough good things about Maria and her staff. I highly recommend working with Maria! She doesn’t treat you like a client she treats you like a friend or family. She is very direct and honest about what you should expect and the best way to handle it. At one point I had expectations of my divorce that weren’t realistic. She very kindly explained to me the reality of how the courts would handle that situation and what would be a more realistic request to get the results I was looking for with the least amount of stress on myself. Maria has a genuine desire to do what is right for you and your needs. She is everything you look for in an attorney, kind, caring, genuine, direct, and honest with her clients. She will also fight for you to gain what is right and fair. I am more grateful to Maria and her team than I could ever express.

Questions & Answers

How Will Stimulus Checks Be Divided Between Divorcing or Recently Divorced Spouses?

Robert Henzon Llarves | Sep 21, 2020
Bob Levin | Sep 21, 2020

How you filed your most recent tax return will determine how your stimulus check is delivered. If you have not filed for 2019, then the stimulus check will be based on your 2018 return. If you included a bank account in your most recent return, then the stimulus check will be deposited to that account. If you did not include a bank account, the stimulus check will be mailed to the address associated with the return. If you filed jointly with a spouse on your last tax return, the money will go to both of you and you need to reach an agreement on how to divide it.   If you cannot agree on the division of the stimulus check, contact our office to discuss your options.

Can I Still File for Divorce Right Now?

Robert Henzon Llarves | Sep 21, 2020
Bob Levin | Sep 21, 2020

Absolutely. If you live in a county that allows electronic filing, your divorce complaint can be filed immediately. If you live in a county that still requires paper filing, the divorce complaint can be prepared and filed once the Courts re-open. An attorney can assist you with your county’s procedure and current restrictions. Please keep in mind that if the Court in your County is closed or operating on a limited basis, it may take longer than usual to process your divorce complaint and hearings on any divorce issue are limited to true emergencies. Please contact our office to discuss beginning divorce proceedings.

Can I Proceed With Divorce if a Stay at Home Order is in Effect?

Robert Henzon Llarves | Sep 21, 2020
Bob Levin | Sep 21, 2020

Yes, if you live in a county that allows electronic filing, your divorce petition can be filed immediately. These counties include Montgomery County, Delaware County, Chester County and Bucks County. If you live in a county that still requires paper filing, the divorce petition can be prepared and filed once the Courts re-open. An attorney at Testa & Pagnanelli, LLC can assist you with your county’s procedure and current restrictions. If you have already started divorce proceedings and are having issues with your spouse that require legal action, the Courts will still hear emergency issues and most courts will be listing for hearings in June. If you need assistance with issues in your divorce, please contact our office to discuss your options.
