I LOVE FLYWHEEL. It is such a fun and motivating work out

We are Snowbirds and really enjoy the Barre and Spin classes at Flywheel Boca Raton (Users for two years). High energy instructors who care about your fitness goals and terrific, clean equipment. Often, a family friendly way to start the day with wife and two college age daughters.

Amazing experience!

I finally had the chance to try Fly Wheel in Boca while visiting from NYC and I am hooked! I love being able to see my stats and know I’m at the right resistance and speed. It was a great workout. The staff at Boca Fly Wheel couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. After trying the free class I signed up for another class. Unfortunately I got lost and missed the class. The staff was nice enough to help me sign up for another class so I didn’t lose my money. One of the workers named Emily was a tremendous help and I couldn’t be more grateful. I highly recommend trying Fly Wheel for cycling enthusiasts or those looking to diversify their workout routine. Thanks Emily and Fly Wheel Boca!

Bring a water bottle and wear something cool and comfortable. For a ride, most riders opt for a T-shirt or tank top to keep cool, and shorts or form-fitting pants which won’t interfere with the pedals. We’ll provide complimentary shoes, but you’ll need to bring socks.
Both forms of cardio are rigorous high-intensity workouts, but spin has an edge when it comes to impact. Running can be painful for people who are overweight or have arthritis because of the stress placed on their joints. Spinning takes the weight off of these weaker areas to deliver an intense workout without the pain.
Expect a tough workout that will get your heart pumping and your legs moving! Instructors will guide you through the class, telling you what position you should be in, how fast to peddle, and where your resistance should be.
Yes it does! The main muscles you're working are in your legs—namely your quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes, and calves. With proper form, you can also improve muscle strength in your upper body, core, and back.
Yes it is! Spinning combines calorie-burning cardio with resistance training to help you shed fat and build muscle. An average 45-minute class can burn between 400 and 800 calories.
45 mins for Method 45 and the 60 mins for Method 60. Method 45 are most common in the Boca location.
