Lazy. I asked a simple question, my plastic shroud on the bottom of the car was dragging and I couldn’t drive the car. I asked if they can look at it and secure it, the 2 employees wouldn’t even get out of their chair, one said, across the street might be able to help. Many other shops out there that would appreciate the business. One of them laughed at me on the way out.

I walked to simply ask for help installing a cabin air filter and they said they were closing in 30 minutes. I’ve had someone help me with this in the past and it took 2 minutes. There was multiple people standing around, I mentioned it was a easy task and he said “ then you don’t need us “ very terrible customer service.
