I wouldn't even provide this location not even a 1 star. The manager at the store doesn't know anything and kept giving me wrong information. This guy kept on wasting my time, and I have been with customer service multiple times just to get my issue resolved. Wasted my gas, my time and my money.

Talked with Domingos about getting new phones for my spouse and I as well as switching plans. He was phenomenal. He was very friendly, didn't push anything on us, walked us through the whole process very patiently and found us some great discounts. Y'all need to give this guy a raise!

I would not recommend this store. I was a tourist in the US for 6 weeks and wanted to buy a prepaid card including a mobile internet flat rate. I asked how I could quit the contract after this time. He saied that I have to call a number, type a pin and then the contract is canceled. Know I am back in Germany and can not call the number because there are is no net coverage for AT & T in Germany. So I can not quit. They charged me twice, after that even though I already called and texted to the support. Never again! There are other providers which are doing a better job in this.
