Yes, teens 13 and older can study together. Anyone under age 13 must be with a parent or responsible adult. No card is needed however there is no furniture out yet. Please check with the library after June 2nd to see if furniture is back out. Call 805 925-0994
Computer stations are available but other furniture is not available yet. Eventually it will be restored so keep checking.
The main library is only offering sidewalk pickup of books that have been placed on hold. It should be reopening for Grab and Go 20 minute visits in March. A date will be announced soon. The Orcutt and Guadalupe libraries are open for grab and Go now. The schedule is at www.cityofsantamaria.org/library
You can fax at the Orcutt or Guadalupe branches during their grab and go hours listed on the library website. Main is only offering sidewalk pick up so faxing is not available there at this time. Check hours for Orcutt at www.cityofsantamaria.org/library

Eating and drinking of outside food is allowed in the Library Shop off the entry lobby and cafe area of the lobby when food and drinks are purchased from Moxie. Bottled water or water in a spill proof container is allowed in the library

Yes, we sell donated and library discarded childten's books in the Library Shop for .50 each. No card is needed. The Shop is self service so you deposit money in a self service box. All sales benefit the Library. Thank you.
If the book is not in the library collection, you can request it through the zip book program. We will purchase it from Amazon and have it delivered to your home. Just call reference at 805 925-0994
Yes, absolutely. We offer printing from library computers and wirelessly from your own device. There is a fee of .15 per print for black and white or .50 for color. We also have photocopiers for the same pricing. You can also use our copiers to scan to a flashdrive for free.
Yes, you will need a library card or a guest pass.
Library funding is inadequate to support staffing and utilities for Sundays. It is a goal to open Sunday afternoons if the Library can get a budget increase. Let City Council know your wishes.
Books will automatically renew up to three times as long as there are no holds placed by other customers.
