It was an okay hotel . The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, and the heater had a terrible smell . Also when we needed something from the front desk we called 3 times and walked to the front desk only to not be helped at all . No one was anywhere and that’s a problem , after being told we could call for help at any time . Lastly in the morning house keeping came at 10:30 and we asked if we could check out at 12 (which we tried to do earlier but no one was there to help) and she said yes , at 11:20 a lady came to do a room check and was very rude to tell us to be out by 12 or we get charged a late fee .I did enjoy the space and the kitchen area . It was a semi clean room and the bathroom was clean . I would just like better staff communication . Thank you for having us !!

Very peaceful and serene environment with well insulated and cozy accommodations. The staff is very friendly and the hotel features excellent laundry facilities that have incredibly hot water and a snack vending machine that features Soda and various snacks. A very nice daily offering of breakfast with muffins and oatmeal, coffee, tea and hot chocolate. The hotel is walking distance to Lucky's and Safeway and is right next to a bus stop serviced by Sonoma county transit and Santa Rosa City Bus. Bicycles are welcomed in the rooms for safe keeping and easily fit into the spacious elevator or can be taken up rhe stairwell.
