Great service at this location I came in with a pretty serious double chip the size of a 1/2 dollar not only did they fix it successfully they wouldn't take a dime of my money as I was a prior customer they replaced this windshield a year or 2 ago and cover the chip repair at no cost whatsoever very whatsoever very nice.

Stay away from this location. Had my windshield replaced back in beginning of July. Technician “accidentally “ damaged wires that lead to my key fob transmitter mounted on the windshield. Contacted this location numerous of time. First time I spoke with manager, she admitted that it’s tech fault. Than dropped call. No response at all. Spoke with headquarter office. They verbally advised that I can get it fixed and they will cover repair cost. Asked to send me confirmation email of the deal, they just ghosted on me. Experiencing lot of electrical issues with a car. Battery draining down each night since windshield is replaced. Took my car to the shop to get it fixed. Bill is over 1000$. Opened a claim with PA attorney general office. Waiting on they decision. Do yourself a favor, save your time and money!!!GO ELSEWHERE!!!!

After a rock cracked my windshield on Rt 13 I called my mechanic to see if his windshield contact could replace it for me. They told him it couple take a couple weeks for the windshield to come in since my car is unique. Crushed, I figured I'd try Safelite. I was able to set up an appointment for the next day! Later that day when I picked up my car, the windshield was perfect. The rep, Harrison, was wonderful. He even somehow fixed another issue I was having with my car too! Next time I need a windshield, I will absolutely return to this Safelite location. Thanks!!!
