Same problems with carpet installation I brought up in the past remain unresolved. 1:They won't schedule time of install. They tell you time window the morning of! At time of orders I told them this would t be acceptable and install window must be set well in advance 2: carpet installer only talks from scripts and they aren't helpful nor do they take ownership. And they use people that have heavy urban accents. They don't try to make it right and make excuses on why they don't have ownership 3: I specifically asked for fluent English installers, and when there was a problem they couldn't talk to me. I had to call main number for someone to help. Go to big Marty's or else where that cares about carpet installation

Store is well organized and well maintained, everything looks nice and tidy. Staff are really doing great job, they are really knowledgeable and quick to help and save your money. It's literally the best Home Depot in the area and I'll definitely be back once more
