DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. Not only did they do a terrible job fixing my car but the repair they did didnt hold and they refused to take me in to fix it again. I was respectful and polite but apparently that was seen as weak to them.

I'll never go there again! They kept me waiting for 3 hrs just to have a simple state inspection done. This place is very poorly managed. They told me I needed a front wheel alignment after they had performed one exactly less than 1 month ago. Good bye Pep Boys !

Bad experience with this store. Order copper tires online, pick up after installation. They installed other brand and scheduled next week end for the tires I ordered. On that morning, the rep was rude and B's with leave the car and pick up next Monday. We might not have your tires. .. I question him about my appointment, and they don't have the tires? He start rise his voice and threaten to kick me out of the store... I ask him to call the police and have my lawyer to involve. They found my tires and install. For a simple tire installation, I have to made a second visit for their mistake. It is totally redious. This store wouldn't have my business, again.
