This is the worst community you could purchase from. My in-laws have been living here for 12 years and they have been nothing but harassed recently. The so called “property manager” isn’t even verified as a certified legal property manager in the area she is a glorified Office Manager who walks around like a drill Sargent telling and signaling out or profiling certain family, and residents and visitors of residences dictating what they are permitted to do and not do while other residences and family of residences are left alone. This community is not so friendly and not people oriented. They are more interested in making money and not focusing on the people. The worst community to purchase from because they target people and dictate what needs to be done at the residences’ homes and then cite them if it’s not up to there expectations. All under the guise that they have bylaws that need to be enforced!! Steer clear of this place and find a dog friendly more people focused over 55 community that doesn’t profile and discriminate and single people out!!!! The worst!!! Steer clear of this community!!!!!!
