Don’t book a luxury room. For being the most expensive room in the place you feel like you got stuck in the worst room in the building. You get a lovey bottom floor basement room, with your neighbors patio right next to you (for zero privacy), your “spa” is a so small it’s basically useless and the neighbor can see the tub from their balcony, so romantic. The smell in the room is something like walking into a freshly cleaned rest stop. Literally the worst. Best yet you can hear every footstep and flush above you. For paying top dollar for this room I feel completely robbed. They should make it very clear on their website that the luxury rooms are on the bottom floor ONLY. The worst case of false advertising I have ever seen. Stay somewhere else, this place is a huge miss.

we had a fabulous time although the owner did not. Cable went down in the room we booked. After convincing the owner to let us stay in the room with the double soaking tub...the second night brought a rainstorm resulting in a leaky and collapsing ceiling. We moved rooms. Please remember the the owner's problems are worse than your. Be Kind

We were very impressed with our entire stay. To start we arrived 7/31 and were met by a very friendly and effiecent front desk person. He assisted us with a smile and showed us our accommodations. Our room was very clean and the ocean view from our balcony was specular. We had a spa tub in our room, very comfortable bed and spacious room. We ate at the view kitchen. Views were incredible food was great and drinks were good. We will stay here again
