I have had storage units in different areas of Salt Lake for many years for many different reasons. When I first found A-1 Storage a couple years back it was okay the price was decent so I went with it. The manager back then was not the best every time I would come in he would push me to come back in a day or two or at a different time and let the other lady manager deal with anything I needed. So that was kind of annoying to always have to keep coming back when the lady manager was there just to get things handled. I have noticed within the last year or so, that manager isn’t in the office anymore or if he is then not as much. And the blonde lady manager has been in there a lot more. Which is such a plus. Personally I think that’s why the facility is so much cleaner now having that lady manager there more often. She is always nice and available when I have questions or to pay my bill. I didn’t think I would have stayed with this storage place this long, kinda just used them temporarily for the price I have other storage places closer to my house, but why would you change storage places when it’s getting better and cleaner. This price is still good too. Thank you A-1 Storage you and the blonde lady manager! 😂 I’m sorry I forgot you name if she reads this. I just didn’t know how else to say thank you. I highly recommend this place if it matters to anyone.
