Let me start by saying I have loved using Donna Bella hybrid hair for years! Unfortunately I have noticed a huge decline in their quality since they updated their packaging. The wefts are stiff, and the hair is very poor quality almost plastic like and it tangles very easy even after just one wash! What’s worse, I reached out to their customer service to try and resolve this issue privately thinking there might have just been a bad batch of hair but all of my emails have been ignored. I will surely have to absorb the $500 loss to replace my clients hair seeing as they have yet too address the problem! It’s really sad because I’ve had such a great experience with them up to this point.

Boring beyond belief at this years IBS Hair Show in Vegas I think the 2 trainers should get right to the training and less talking about themselves, the Hair quality extremely low quality. They lost me when they said they don’t discuss price , and We stylist GET NO Industry DISCOUNT

Donna bella really ruined my bridal experience! I ordered it Tuesday (2/8/22), it didn’t ship by Thursday so I called and was told “I already know why you’re calling. There’s a warning on our website that we’re moving warehouses (which was never on the website) maybe we need to make it a bigger bolder font, but nothing was being shipped Tuesday. But I’ll overnight it abs you should get it tomorrow (Friday)” Then Friday came and nothing. So I called to check on it and they said it shipped and would be here Monday. I just called (4:50pm Monday) because it wasn’t delivered today and they said they were out of stock so it never shipped. All they could do was refund me or ship the wrong color, so I would have to pay extra for it to be colored to match my hair… So I won’t have the extensions I paid for and planned for on my wedding day!

I paid for over night shipping, 3 days ago and I still haven’t received my extensions!!!! I emailed the store and they won’t refund me my shipping costs. I don’t recommend paying for faster shipping.
