5’11 Hispanic older man with a beard, worst customer service I’ve ever gotten. From the moment I walked in, doesn’t greet the customer, had to walk up to the front counter where he was sitting on his phone and ask him where to find the foregrips for my rifle only to get a sarcastic remark and response almost as if I was bothering him. On the other side had the opposite experience and received stellar customer service from jake who helped me the rest of the way and turned around my experience. Happy with the products I found and the service from jake, so four stars! Will be coming back, just staying away from the older man/individual with poor customer service sitting at the front.
