The worst service ever , they don't deliver the package and leave us a note to pickup at the office, we come here no customer service to talk to only a phone number that you have to call to get ur package and nobody answer, after trying 4 times some one pickup the phone took the tracking # to get the package it took her an hour and a have. All business should stop shipping with FEDEX the worst service ever. I wish I can give 0 stars. You FedEx deserve 0 stars

I pay extra for my packet to be deliver on a specific date since i am on a tight schedule. I schedule this a week in advance to give them time to prepare for this specific date. Then comes the date of delivery and NOTHING!!!! They gave me onother date and me losing a date of work. Nobody reimbursed me for what i pay extra. What a shame!!!

This place is absolute worst !!! They give only 4 hours a day to get your packages that fed ex failed to deliver, you know, their job. I’m first in line and I’ve been waiting for 30 min and nobody has come to help ??? What hell kind of operation is this ???

If the driver Knocked, or did ring the bell, and nobody Came out it obviously means that CUSTOMER IS NOT HOME... (Fedex policy)
Better contact shipper and inform them , so they can open a dispute , they will check gps location at the time package was scan delivered , check cameras on the truck to see if driver really left package or came back to truck with package , if not someone stole from yours front door...etc...
Everyone is cool so far. I go to make money not friends. They push to promote you, but most vets say they would have no interest in being a supervisor. I assume this is based on some sort of observation that I haven't witnessed yet
