I am walking out of this location really disappointed. The lady working there was very rude and inappropriate. When I was walking out she talked that I have an attitude . I guess she forgot that I am the one getting customer service and she is the one giving it.

My experience was horrible and it completely ruined my day.I stopped by this location on my way home from picking up my toddler from school. My task was to send documents as certified mail thru an express envelope however I was not familiar with the process because it was my first experience. A lady by the name of Armani was demeaning other folks in front of me and raising her voice very loudly in a close proximity as if she was trying to project her voice for everyone to hear her insult anyone because they didn't fill out there paper work correctly or didn't read the questions right. My turn comes and I ask Armani how to fill out the paper work. I complete the certified information out the line at a work station. Then try to get back in line to show respect to the people behind me. Armani yells "Don't you get back in line!" in an aggressive tone. I walked to the front desk where Armani was and said sorry; to show respect because she was frightening me. Then I said, I didn't want her to bark at me like she did with the gentleman before me. I said the comment plain with no emotion so that she was the only one that heard me. Then Armani responded by saying "barking!?" "that's a little degrading" in the same aggressive tone. Five seconds go by and her co-worker asked Armani a question; she answers the question then says "I don't want to bark at you" loudly so anyone who is listening can hear her reaction. I node my head Yes; as to say I still stand by my observation then she yells "do you want to go over there!?' I replied yes. So because she was angry she had me go from her line and passed my paper work along with my certified information and express envelop to her co worker Tiffany and didn't even ask her co-worker if that was okay with her. Plus she was in the middle of helping someone already. So I had to wait longer while I stood behind the gentleman Tiffany was helping at the front desk next to Armani with my five year old witnessing this unprofessional behavior all at the same time. What a tragedy! Makes you wonder, how long has Armani been allowed to display this improper adolescent behavior? She seemed very comfortable in her wrong doing. If I were her employer I would terminate and hire someone willing to be professional and patient

The lady was rude and hung up when I called today to inquire about re-delivery of my package. Disgusting Customer Service !!!

Customer service Is horrible here. Armani at the front desk wants to deny people for service when I walked in at 12:55. Mind you they don’t close until 1 o’clock… just because she had a line and she knew it would take a little bit she tried making it seem like no one else can come in. You’re not even closed someone needs to tell them their job again. CUSTOMER SERVICE OR GET ANOTHER JOB IF YIU DONT LIKE IT !!
