This Target will always be my go to store! The drive-up option is so convenient and FAST!! Especially if you need your hubby to pick something up for you while you're at work. You know that he won't have to call you asking a ton of question about what you need haha :) The staff are always welcoming and helpful!

Abhorrent target experience. The whole place was a mess, which isn’t really their fault. But when trying to check out, there was not one register open. One had a light on but no one was there. I had a bunch of stuff to buy and a baby too small for a shopping cart. I needed someone else to do the scanning and ringing up. I even asked a manager about getting a cashier and she kind of laughed and yelled for someone to go be at their register. So, I was forced to do self checkout. It took forever and then they shut down the only open register that wasn’t self checkout. What the hell?!!

PTC staff was phenomenal- I cannot say the same about Newnan, more specifically the “manager” Lauren. My husband and I were trying to return an unopened Apple Watch bought 3 weeks prior, and Darius who was originally helping us told us we had missed our 90 day return window, which was false, when we asked to speak to manager, she did not even bother making eye contact with us, and said it was right, i argued again, and in which she raised her voice at us “electronics are different, you don’t have to be in 90 days”… That was the only “clarity” we got on the situation until driving over and speaking with Dakota in PTC.
