I bought my first pair I wore maybe 4-5 times my heel started tearing, I said ok this pair is defective, I really like them so much, they were on sale so I bought 2 more pair this is my second pair after just a few wear. I will be taking these back and the other new pair I have at home. Liz Claiborne must get better than this I’ve given you a second chance. This is ridiculous I would love for you to refund me all 3 pairs I bought from you.If you check my JCP account you will see I’ve bought a total of 3 pairs. You want get my business again
