Busy, popular place, fills quickly in the morning, more parking available on roadside. Flushing toilets available, plus Porta pots in summer and weekends. Paved trail along the river becomes hiker accessible trail.

Not much actual parking here, but, if you come early enough, you can get a spot. Hiking lake Blanche was absolutely gorgeous. Highly recommend starting early. Proper hiking etiquette is to yield to uphill hikers. There seems to be a lot of confusion about that on this very busy trail.

The trail run (or hike, if you prefer) to Lake Blanch is beautiful! While you are there, it's worth visiting Lake Florence and Lake Lillian. Do stop to appreciate the glacier-polished granite when you get near the lake...and all around it.
