Horrendous , Horrendous , Horrendous. Stopped in for 2 iced coffees. 1 Ice caramel Macchiato and 1 ice caramel coffee. Long story short is both of the coffee were terrible. Tasted disgusting and flavorless. Threw both of the coffee away. On top of that waited almost 20 minutes for the 3 cars in front of us. I have had more negative experiences here than positive. Mc'cafe used to be good but I cant waste more time or money here.

After ordering an iced coffee I sat behind 1 car for 10 minutes to pay finally got to pay 1 step closer to a delicious drink. Sat another 10 minutes behind again 1 car. Finally arriving at the pick up window only to be told there is a 10 minute wait for coffee. I asked for a refund. Waited another 5 minutes for them to bring me back a refund which they didn’t even get that right. Shorted me on a refund. I told the person at the window and she said I’ll be right back. At this point I was not going to waste any more time and drove off with no coffee or a full refund. This experience was horrendous and the manage working 7/5/2022 should be embarrassed. **Update** They did rectify some of the issues. I cant go above 3 stars because it still was a bad experience that day but I do appreciate the effort and communication received. Thank you!

Yeah, I know, you close at 11, but that doesn't mean you can serve people food that's sat for probably an hour at minimum. 2 cheese burgers and fries, all stone cold....not almost warm....COLD! I'd like my money back please

Even though I only went through the drive thru, I do have to comment on the burgers. I got the Big Mac and it was never that big, but now it's even smaller. One thing though, the taste has improved.
