Thank you for your questions. According to our rules and regulations no trailers or commercial type vehicles are allowed to be parked at any of our resident lots. We are fortunate to have a storage facility where they can be parked at a reasonable cost. Please visit our office for a complete listing of our rules and regulations and also to inquire regarding our storage facility.

Thank you for you question. As per the rules and regulations of our community, which every resident receives, there are certain items that are not allowed. Although its true that trampolines are not allowed, pets and responsible pet owners are welcome to register their non agressive breed pets. Always refer back to your rules and regulations or feel free to stop by our office for clarification of same said rules. Thank you.

We are available Monday to Friday from 8 to 4:30 and we can also make appointments on Saturdays if needed.

At this time we do not have anything available, but we invite you to fill out an application and when approved, you will have the opportunity to purchase a private home or office sale when available. Thank you for your interest in our community.

Thank you for your interest in our community. Pickwick has no rents, all houses are private. But we have possibilities in our sister communities which are Royal Palm MHP and Orange Grove MHP located on Second Avenue 2 blocks east of Congress Avenue in Lake Worth.

We do not have any homes for sale but there are privately owned homes. The office staff has this information, so you can just come visit us. You will need income verification and a background/credit check.
