This is the worst experience I’ve had. I have been charged on my credit card 4 times within 20 days. Not to mention they tried to give me a storage unit number that didn’t exist. The managers don’t get back to me, nothing has been solved (even as little as getting my money back). I have spoken to 4 people 9 times in the last 20 days with no resolution OR compensation for the huge inconvenience they’ve created. There are so many different storage units to pick from, do yourself a favor and DON’T GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY.

Blake, We do not have power outlets in the units. It is a fire hazard and isn't allowed by the city. Thank you we appreciate the question!
Sean, We allow the truck to be used for up to 60 miles, 100 cash deposit, proof of insurance, DL and the gas refilled to where it was when you take the truck. The truck must be returned each night although depending on what size you rent you may be able to have it for another day. The truck is based on first come first serve basis and is for move-ins only. The manager has the calendar in the office. Great question thank you!
