If you expect to speak to a live person, guess again. Even if you are patient enough to navigate through the morass of the telephone tree, you will end up after about 8 tiers of transfers with nothing more than a "leave a message". Then no return telephone call. And they call themselves public servants -- all they are there for is to get a paycheck from the taxpayers. Still waiting for a phone call back!

Inspections is a joke. I called to make an inspection appointment and was told someone would call me back the next morning with the time. I never got a call, just a rude man pounding on my door the next day. Our AC unit had a tarp and I said no one called me to tell me someone was coming and he just said they don't have to. He got mad that I had a child lock on my door and frustrated that the AC had a tarp, but we would have taken it off had we actually known someone was coming. If you call this place make sure you are 100% prepared to get someone at any time the next day, so don't shower or anything until they come.
