Absolutely botched the size of my bridesmaid dress. It’s massive, at least 2 sizes too big, and they charged me extra for plus size (which I’m not even close in the normal world. Talk about a major hit to self esteem when you’re told your plus size at a size 10. Like shopping for bridesmaid dresses isn’t painful enough). So now I have to cut all of that fabric out anyway. Not sure if it’s a scam to get your money for alterations too but seriously they have one job and that is measuring and they failed big time. The other members of the bridal party also had similar issues, except one who has the opposite problem, her dress is very small and doesn’t even zip all the way. How does that even happen? They also blamed the bride for not telling us the dresses were ready to pick up when they just dropped the ball and never told us. Anyway, for the brides out there, just let your bridesmaids get their dresses at david’s bridal or an online shop where the sizes are normal. Supporting local businesses is great but maybe support a shop that knows how to measure the female form. The wedding dress industry is a scam and Ashley bridal is just another willing participant and beneficiary of said scam.

Ashley’s Bridal helped me find my dream wedding dress! It was the First and ONLY Bridal shop I went to when I started looking for dresses back in January. Both Connie and John were always so helpful, friendly and accommodating with everything. I bought my dress there, had it altered by Connie (and it fit perfectly), and I also just took it back to their shop as per their recommendation to be sent out to be preserved. I would recommend them to anyone. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience with my wedding dress. I appreciate them so much!

By far my favorite vendor of the whole wedding. Every experience at the shop was great. I got to have my ‘this is the one’ crying moment at this store. Family owned small business but SO many dresses to choose from. They gave me exactly what I asked for. The dress I picked was the very first one I tried on. My mom got her dress there too and it was gorgeous. Wish I could go buy another wedding dress from them!
