I left from the station in Columbia, SC and the agent didn't offer to check my bags. I was traveling alone and struggled with 2 suitcases and 2 carry ons. It was the first time I ever traveled by train so I didn't know I could check my luggage. Going back home, at the West Palm Beach station, he asked if I wanted to check my bags! I was thrilled. And before you ask, yes, I was at the first station hours before departure.

Cab drivers odd. Want to.know where are you going and then say they know better, then again what is it near? Last time asked to get out at airport to catch another. If you say no, expect a scene. Only game in town or at least at this station. Movie theaters on hibiscus.
