My mother in law has been homeless for over 6 weeks because of an electrical closet that is a complete fire hazard. Total neglect and negligence. This is not how you “manage” a building. This is waiting til the place goes up in flames, not managing it. They’ve been of zero assistance at all in rectifying the dangerous situation , the property manager has been completely missing in action. And the only thing that they have done which was send a check to the electrical contractor on the instruction of the board president was done wrong. They sent it to the wrong address. Adding another 2 weeks to the misery. The incompetence is staggering. I’ve emailed them 3 times after my calls produced no results, and received zero response still after 3 emails. RUN FAR AND FAST FROM THIS COMPANY.

There is a difference between a management company and a HOA Board of Directors. The management company can not go above the HOA rules and regulations/requirements which often puts them in a bad position. I have dealt with a terrible board of directors this last transaction and can not say enough good things about Ny and Richelle!! They truly helped us out through this transaction and the only reason we were able to close was because of their persistence and hard work!! Please consider which of the 2 is really affecting a sale before blaming the management company! 😀
