I remember when businesses held up to values, respect and quality. The entire team post sales has been a complete disaster. From any form of communication, to knowing their own process with permits, to lying and being caught. This company has demonstrated the upmost disregard for human decency, well being or care for our family, the next home owners and their own sales team. We purchased in March 2021, needed it completed by Aug 2021. It was completed in April 2022. They never told us till almost July 2022 with a notice from a lawyer telling us to pay. Meanwhile, for 7 months, they forgot to put a permit on the house for the final inspection with the city, between Aug 2021 to April 2022. 7 Months. 7 Months of not returning our calls, not answering the city. In fact, we weren't even the home owners at that time, so we couldn't even help them. We had to call the city and the city sent a notice telling them they either finish it or have to restart the entire process. Such a joke of a company. They lied about sharing information about our estimated arrival date of our materials, straight up said they couldn't share it per the manufacture. That was a lie because I called the manufacture, they confirmed and told me everything I needed and then we added in Total Home Roofing to the call, asked them again and I got to listen to the Manufacture yell at Total Home Roofing for lying to people and blaming them. I don't know who to recommend to use for your roofing needs, however, I can tell you who not to use, Total Home Roofing. What a joke of a company.

Worst company ever! If I could give them a 0, I would. I signed with this Total Home Roofing around March of 2021. I was told the work would start in about two months.....they didn't start until July and that was after about 20 calls from my side, not exaggerating. Once they started, again, it took several calls from my side to get them to continue to do the work. I was told the work would be finished by the end of July and I was in the midst of placing my house up for sale (which they were informed about during signing for the new roof). They caused me to have issues during closing and didn't even have the permit closed by the time my house sold (August 2021) and it cost me money on the final sale price due to them not closing the city permit (by failing to provide the city proper paperwork). Again, numerous calls from my side to try and get this permit closed with their incompetent staff. Fast forward after I had given up and figured they could just figure this out for themselves and call me when it was closed so I could pay the final bill. Not only did they not call or send me the final bill and let me know the permit finally closed, they decided to have their attorney threaten me that I was in breach of contract yet no one contacted me to let me know we were good to go. It's June of 2022. It took that freaking long to close the permit. I have worked with some bad companies for sure in my lifetime, but this company by far takes the cake for WORST COMPANY EVER! They are completely disorganized, unresponsive, and rude.

Let me start by saying that there has been no intentions of communication from any personnel within the company and my sales rep disappeared on me no call back or reply to my text. It has been 8 months from when I signed the contract of Total Home Roofing and still no work has been done to start with. It has been 8 months of consistency of lying and the old trick of throwing me around the loop of phone calls and someone will get back to you soon. As a client I have done plenty attempts of reaching out and I just feel that I have been tricked into signing a contract with them. I have no other choice then to start looking for a reliable company that will be willing to take on the repairs needed for my family house so I can finally get my roofing replaced
