The young fella Lou is the man and to beat the man you have to be the man. What wonderful experience it was dealing with him from the start. The start of a process which was almost a yearlong great customer service from the jump. The wedding experience (as a groomsmen's) has been a very high stress experience for me, and Lou really helped me out several times with his professionalism and understanding. Forget the suit which is perfect. Lou was the best part due to his effort and I have never seen a man re bag a tuxedo that quickly after I tried the tux on!
