I love the gym. The staff seems very friendly and willing to help. The best part for me is that the personal trainers really pay attention to my wants and needs. They have helped me move better and get stronger. I highly recommend Milestone.

Been a member at milestone for over 2 years. Not a bad gym since all the equipment is new. Other then the new equipment, there are things that need to be improved on. Overall cleanliness of the gym is a problem. Dirt and dust cover the corners of the gym. Overflowing trash cans, dirty sinks and water fountains are common as well. False promises, such as tanning, a kids room, basketball court and the peak studio classes. All of these are listed on their webpage. On the day I joined 2 years ago I was told all of these would be available in the next coming weeks. Still nothing.

Early December 2021, I communicated to Mike, the manager, that I won't be able to continue with weekly personal training schedule because of my busy schedule as a nurse in the middle of the pandemic plus being a student also. January 2022 comes and $276 is withdrawn from my account. I call the gym and speak to Mike, the manager, via phone and also in person to let him know I cannot commit to personal training and requested that my contract is terminated to avoid monthly withdrawals from my account. Mike, the manager, advised me not to close the account and assured me the gym won't take money off of my account until I was ready to come back ( which was after the school semester was over in May, 2022). Much to my surprise, an additional $552 dollars was withdrawn from my account without authorization. I went to the gym again 4/7/22 to speak to Mike the manager again. After we're both in agreement (of his assurance there would me no withdrawals from my account until I had enough free time to come back for personal training), Mike pulls out an ipad and asks me to sign on the ipad. According to him, this was supposed to officially back date release of my contract to end of January 2022. Also he tells me to expect an email from corporate regarding my grievances and how they'll refund my money back. So yesterday I look at my email and realize the date of termination date of my contract is 4/7/22 and not January 2022. I was pretty much played for a fool and tricked into signing on a blank screen that I trusted was termination of my contract on January 2022 as per the manager's assurance he had done so months before. The embarrassment of being lied to and tricked is cannot be put to words as I put my trust in Mike and this organization to do what is morally right. So in total, they took away $828 from me and I suspect they have no intention of refunding me. Lesson learnt.
