I went into the store to pickup an online order, but it wasn't available at the time I arrived. There were 3 sales associates, that really took time to assist me. The first encounter was over the phone, confirming that the item I was looking for was in stock. The second encounter was in-store, where two associates carefully looked for my order, & exhausted every possible avenue to make sure nothing was overlooked. It was later discovered that my order hadn't shipped yet, & would be available for pickup today; which is exactly what happened.
