An always amazing experience. If you're a nickel and dime person forget it, but just enjoy the experience of an old bank.

Drinks good Food terrible

The downstairs bartender was so incredibly rude and unprofessional I will never return.

The food was delicious and the service was excellent, as always.

Yes
I was just there on Saturday. They're open for dine in
Yes valet parking 24hrs across street
I'm pretty sure they would do this...worse case grab a drink at the bar and have the bartender do it for you. Most bartenders will take care of you even if they have to put in the order normally then transfer it into a leftover container.
Del Frisco's Double Eagle (the steakhouse) 4:00 on Saturday if you are looking for the grill which is about 2 blocks away it opens at 12:00
Yes. That is a city requirement.
It's not required. It's upscale though as the other comments suggest.
Not open for lunch. Dinner service only. The Del Friscos Grille on Broad street offers lunch service
No. They offer one menu (accessible on-line) with one or two dinner specials, maybe an appetizer special, and maybe a dessert special. I wouldn't bring my kids, and I don't think its the kind of place most people expect to see kids at. Just giving my opinion. I have 5 kids and this is the kind of place my wife and I go to for a special occasion and leave the kids at home. There is a DelFrisco's Grille one block over, with a relaxed dress code. DelFrisco's Double Eagle is a white linen tablecloth restaurant.

Most restaurants put at the bottom of the bill the different percentages for tip amounts. 15% 18 % 20% amount should be listed. You can use either cash or credit card
They are handicap accessible as far as I've seen. They have a elevator.
Well that depends on you and how big your bill is after dining there. But the norm would be 20% and for the parking staff $15-$20.
I didn't see or hear one if they did. I can't say for sure that they did not however.
They're open for lunch. Get the lobster bisque!!
5pm it starts. There is a parking lot right off of 16th Street, just before you get to Market, on the right. 16 South 16th Street works as an address I'm not sure of the actual one. It's $10 after 4 on weekdays. 1 block walk to the restaurant. When you go back to the lot you just ring the call box and they'll let you into the building. Request John L. I work there haha! I'm usually there on Tuesdays.
Nope. We usually have space for walk-ins, but a reservation would definitely help keep that spot for you. :)
Get the tomahawk
The tables are designed so that they can moved to form a large eating area to accommodate a large party. If you have a difference of more than 4 people, you should let them know. Anything less would not make a difference.
