I'm leaving only one star. Unfortunately if your not a resident of Wellington Florida you can't obtain a permit to use the ramp. This listing comes up on Google maps. It should not. Closed to non residents and residents without a permit.

No gas powered boats. Trolling motors(battery powered) are allowed. That goes for all of Wellington
This appears to be a man made lake. Has it been stocked with large mouth bass or any other type of fish? My son has purchased a small boat and would like to go fishing. Most of the lakes are clogged with weed but this one isn't.
