There is an address where one goes, to specifically pick up a key. One needs to go to the local PO to get a form and address. The cost to get a new key should be between 25 to 30 usd. Or so it was 2 years ago.
Yes, pbc post offices resume regular hours on Wednesday however there may be restrictions on Priority items.
