Would rate 0 stars if possible. The second day here the ac broke and the room got so hot my youngest daughter got blisters. Then the sink broke and sprayed water all over important papers I had. Would have been nice to know the fridge leaked before I slipped on it and hurt my hip. Also would have been nice to know about the leak in the roof that soaked my clothing! Oh and then there is the fact that they said we would have pots and pans and dishes and we never received what we were told we would. The tv kepts going in and out same with the internet. Honestly one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had. Will not return and would not recommend. Looking into a lawsuit against the hotel.

Good place to stay. Some people at the deck were friendlier then others. Worse part was the internet WIFI, it SUCKED. I couldn't stay connected long enough to get work done. In my opinion it was good price for the amount of time we stayed but shouldn't have to pay that much for a private wifi server

So let me put it this way - if you like fancy not your place. If you want reasonable, friendly, rock bottom price, it's your place. Very much like living in a dorm, if you have had the privilege of doing that. It's good for what it is - this location is clean, I didn't detect smoking in the building. (Not all locations can say that.) -so after staying here awhile, I'm going to amend review (above). The cleaning staff was a pain for us to deal with. If you are never in your room. Probably not an issue. They have changed to cleaning only once every two weeks. And the worst thing - they ran out of toilet paper. (We had to buy our own). But again, if cheap is your need... Just be ready to give up on politeness with the cleaning staff and set your expectations low on support. On a bright note, you can change your towels/linen. The front desk people are friendly and help as they can - but it seems ESA has limited what they can really do. There is no business center, no gym, only a laundry room. Parking is open.
