Post Covid, I understand a longer wait time due to the lack of employees. What I dont understand is the fact that I saw 4 employees and anyone of them could have been nice enough to come out last night 6/25/22 and told the customers that there were issues with their registers. Then customers would have been able to have the option of getting out of line. Instead at 9:50pm after being in line since 9pm, the lights are turned off and then the employees come out and say there is an issue. They shrugged it off as if it were no big deal because they were closing in 10 minutes any way. To me and three cars in front of me that I know were there longer than me it was a Big deal. I know you are one of the only DQ’s around but customer service should still mean something to the community you service!

Went this past Saturday 20th. We ordered 2 steak finger baskets first thing I said was they must have changed cooks or something.Hardly any fries (cold) had to wait over 40 minutes. Everything was halfway empty and cold.

We went on a Saturday night to get ice cream I ordered 4 blizzards to 2 Cotton Candy, 1 Mint and a Chocolate Brownie blizzard they tasted horrible wasn't mixed properly tasted they tasted watery and it took them 40 minutes to make 4 blizzards the young people that work at night act like they don't care and they're dont have good customer service skills I have enclosed 4 pictures of each blizzards down below very upsetting.

I like coming here cause the staff is friendly. The food is made to order plus they have Taco 🌮 Tuesday. They do keep their Bathrooms clean 👍👍
