Beautiful space and I was helped by Jacob L (but everyone was so so nice - even the security guard!) but Jacob’s positive energy was amazing. I worked with Molly and Dana at Greenwich St. on an engagement ring for my fiancée and would highly recommend them to anyone. Prior to speaking to Molly, the process felt opaque and confusing, but Molly was knowledgeable and gave me the confidence and peace of mind to move ahead. Hello! Thank you for your question. Here are the safety measures we've put into place to keep you safe: All visitors and staff are required to wear a mask at all times. If you need a mask, we'll be happy to provide one. Our store capacity has a 6 person maximum. Temperature checks are conducted for all staff members daily. Any high-touch areas including counters, doors, seats and jewelry will be sanitized between visits. Alcohol pads are available and hand-sanitizers are placed throughout the store for your convenience. We want you to feel safe, relaxed and enjoy your time shopping.
