There is a parking garage by the downtown Marriot that is close. And also one a couple blocks down the street.
They absolutely do. Look up the contact information for the venue and anyone of the members of the Finley family would be more than happy to help you. They're an awesome family and very accommodating. And they always know how to take care of their guests!
You have to contact the event planner there. Cost depends on day of event, length, number of people, menu choices, etc.
There is however, a parking garage(self parking) below the Crystal Tea Room.
I work in the building. Have been there for several lunches and meetings and 2 weddings. Nice space although starting to look it's age. Good food. I do recommend

If you rent out the tea room then therre will be bars in there open its for events you cant just walk in to some ones event and go to the bar they paid for
