Lowe's Philadelphia is one block away @ 12th & Market. Several Marriott properties including a Courtyard & Residence Inn are also within 2 blocks. As The Wanamaker Building (home of the Crystal Tea Room) is nearly adjacent to City Hall, there are numerous other hotels within a short walk or quick Uber/Lyft/cab ride!

The Crystal Tea Room is in Center City Philadelphia, right by City Hall. There are several within a short walking distance. Look at Google Maps around City Hall (Broad Street and Market Street). Radisson has 3 hotels I believe a few minutes walk away.
