THIEVES. I left after 3 useless sessions OF AN IOP PROGRAM. It’s been a month and still have not received a refund. They DON’T RETURN calls nor try to assist when I asked for my refund. I will make sure that they are held accountable for not returning my money. I wouldn’t be surprised if they paid people to write fake reviews. Very shady and slimy. I advise to stay away from this place.

This place is truly terrible. They lie about how long the average stay is, and then trap you for 3+ months under threat that you will have to pay for however long you’ve already stayed, out of pocket. There are a few fantastic staff members that truly care, but 95% of staff are under-qualified, unequipped, and do more harm than good. This place only cares about your money. They will convince perfectly healthy people that they NEED to stay “just one more month, just one more month, just one more month…” and a truly sick person will be kicked out DAY OF because their insurance won’t pay out. I recognize that it’s a business, not a charity, but this example highlights with complete transparency that Wellness does not care about helping sick people. Wellness Resource Center exists to take money from desperate people. The techs were almost entirely stupid, careless, or, worst of all, absolutely terrible people. I don’t know if it’s illegal to name the specific employee, but one tech in particular reveled in bullying, manipulating, and gaslighting patients at the treatment center. Everyone - EVERYONE - hated him and complained about him daily, but Wellness Resource Center has no compassion. They “protect their own” even if it comes at the cost of harming every single patient they have. DO NOT GO HERE, PLEASE! Wellness Resource Center is a waste of time and money. They are scummy swindlers who take advantage of desperate people to make a quick buck. Steer clear.

Wellness Resource Center truly commits to its clients. Their staff and techs are second to none.

This is where I would send my kids if they needed help. Actually, this is where I would want to go if I needed help. Amazing staff, beautiful apartments, real recovery and real groups. The therapists are passionate and the clinical director Gary is amazing. If there is a medication need, Dr. Pevney works MIRACLES! I am someone in recovery myself, and a former employee of wellness. If you are ready, you will not regret going to WRC. No matter who you are or what you believe in, there is someone at wellness that can help you.

When can My loved one call me ? And when can I visit them? It only had been less then two weeks since they have gone into treatment. Was just wondering when family visits and calls are ?

Im not sure if the rules have changed but i remember there being a black out period of 1-2 weeks before we could use the phone. Its more of a precautionary thing but it has good purpose behind it. I would recommend contacting your loved ones therapist to make plans to visit. Best of luck to you.
