Worst panda expres ive ever been to. I never write reviews but I don’t want anyone else to be as disappointed as I was. The biggest disappointment was the rice. Might as well have been eating white rice with egg in it nothing fried about it

They are always out of something. The other night they were closed due to a thunderstorm 🙄 drive through times are excessively ridiculous & if they tell you something will be a 20 minute wait, plan on waiting no less than 30 minutes in the parking lot with the lobby doors closed & locked. They also can’t seem to cook their teriyaki chicken correctly & you get huge amounts of rice or noodles & very little meat.

Worst service at a Panda Express ever. I was blown away by the nastiness of the service I received at this store. It was my first time in a long time ordering, the person helping me, which I found out later was the manager Kaila B, was so extremely nasty. Her tone was irritated and nasty. When I was asking for a dish she said rudely "I NEED to know what you actually want" so I said oh yeah 2 bowls. "AND what do you WANT in it" I said orange chicken and she said "WHAT first.. rice or what" I said yes fried rice and she assumed we meant both so when I asked her to change the second bowl to noodles she huffed and threw the rice back into the pot and slammed the bowl down. At this point I was beginning to get uncomfortable with how rude she was being and asked her if there was a problem, and she replied "no problem we are just here to serve you" in a really nasty voice. I said "there does seem to be a problem because you are throwing things and slamming things down and huffing" and she replied nastily again "I am just here for you" I said "i would like my service with a little less attitude' and she said "no attitude mam I am just serving you" to which I asked her if she could just have someone else take our order instead. I have never in all my days asked for another person to take my order anywhere. The coworker standing there took over and she was super friendly and kind. I asked her if I could give feedback to her manager and she said that was the manager. I was shocked. I don't think I have ever been treated in such a completely nasty way trying to just order my food. I asked her for a number for feedback and the manager took time to dry 6 trays slowly in front of me (when there was no one in line behind me) before going to get a number. she handed me the number and said "you be sure to let them know." She was the rudest most condescending person I have ever dealt with. The other associate Laney was super friendly and kind. Her manager was ridiculous.

I placed an order for 2 plates and an appetizer on the mobile app for dinner for 7pm pickup on Sunday evening. I arrived at 650pm, and let the staff know I was early and waiting. They said my ticket wouldn't print until 655pm, which I understood. But they served 7 other people's orders who walked in after me and left with their orders between 653pm & 707pm while I sat there and waited. My order was FINALLY ready at 710pm, after I asked about my food at 7pm and complained again at 707pm that I was still waiting, with very little acknowledgement or sincere apologeticness. I also did not get the napkins, utensils, soy sauce, or sweet and sour that I requested and the rice was stale & crab rangoons dried out. Sadly, this is a pretty consistent experience at this store.
