I went there solid for a whole year and Sharrell was my specialist. She was the only reason I was waxing. She was amazing. I had to move due to work and haven’t found someone as good as her. I appreciated her honesty. The staff was ok.

I visited this location for the first time. The esthetician that assisted me did a great job waxing me. The part that I didn’t like is how aggressive the esthetician was about me tipping her in Zelle or Venmo. I personally always tip in my card but, I didn’t want to be rude so, I Zelle her. Also, when she came out and got me she acted as if she hated her job which to me made me feel some-type of way. I know we all have bad days but, I guess being my first time, it kinda made me feel uncomfortable.
