They don't look to help families what so ever They just want to tell you no I been here almost 5 months she never even asked me how ling I've been here. I've exhausted all my money on realtors, Association fees etc. & then I go to the hospital for a back issue & ended up paralyzed!! I sent my children back I just want to leave this horrible state They said cause I don't have a Florida Id Well I would've had that if I wasn't in the hospital SMH HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SYSTEM..

This time again, this agency has proven worthless and useless for my family. I cannot get help on getting FS or pantry. They have me come in for nothing and tell me I cannot register without address proof. I have statement related mails and my license showing that. That is not enough. How are they helping homeless people when they cannot help family with kids? Do not waste your time. Let me clarify. If you have utilities in your name and have nutritional need, you are qualified for the food pantry program. If you don’t have utilities in your name and not homeless, it’s too bad and good luck. Find another food source if you are in that situation because they will not help you. To the person on the phone who told me to bring whatever after I told her I don’t have utility bills, change your job as you gave false information.
