I would not recommend this Jack-in-the-Box to anyone. Straight up handed me two seared ultimate cheese burgers out the window that were raw in the middle. Didn’t even give them the chance to replace the order or make it right. Simply inexcusable! Not to mention no receipt and tried calling for 4 hours off and on with NO ONE answering the phone.

Pretty disappointed. Looked online and showed open until 12am prior to stopping. Got there at 11:15pm and cars in the drive through. People were even at the window getting food at 11:15pm. Person on the speaker claimed they were closed at 11pm? Did not see anything posted stating closing early due to July 4th let alone hours after fireworks would have occurred. Bad customer service if you ask me.

Stopped on my way home, spent $50 for 5 people. Ordered 2 sourdough jacks and there was not burger, just cheese tomato and bacon and the bread was not toasted. Plus they had me pull to a spot and wait for our food and i did not get a receipt. Will never return to this place. And i will be disputing the charge on my credit card.
