Pease understand that this staff is extremely incompetent. I was recovering from the virus as many of us are in this pandemic and this complex had the audacity to allow a towing company to tow my only vehicle without notifying me. They had my tag listed in their profile and all they simply needed to do was call me to notify me that vehicle was at risk of being towed, now I have to go and recover my vehicle. Rosa appeared to be overseeing this project and will be report her as well as this incident.
