The worst thing in the world is Quest Labs. They say that it is better to go by appointment because they always respect that and that people who go without an appointment have to wait for everyone who has an appointment to pass by. Lie, that's a big lie, I had an appointment for today at 1:00 PM and I arrived half an hour before, I waited to be able to check in when the message they send allowed and when I did I was in the 8th place. The 7 who were in front of me passed, and my name appeared first, so I waited for the next one to call me, suddenly my name disappeared from the list and I thought that it would be my turn, well no, they went on to the next one was behind me, and the next, and one of those who had an appointment and I already stood at the door for when it opened to ask what was happening, after a while they opened and called a room (everyone had arrived after me from appointments I mean and they were behind me on the list) and I already asked the laboratory worker and she gave me a Chinese story, that if before 4 or 5 passed and she didn't even bother to go look at the computer, so I had to leave without them doing the tests I had to do, because of this appointment I missed a day of work and they don't give a damn about everything. They work extremely badly, they shouldn't tell lies about dating, because later they go to whoever they want. Bad service even just to drop off samples have to wait the whole day just for someone to pick up the samples and I ask one of the staff Jennifer for her help and the answer was to keep waiting. Unfortunately I couldn't drop off my samples because there weren't any staff to pick-up the samples
