Yum, yum, yum! This place has Maple cotton candy and OMG is it delicious. But they're maple syrup is just as good. They also sell a few other goodies in there. Like maple sugar and more. FYI this place is a self-serve. When you pull in from the main road it is the second driveway on the left and once you're on that driveway it is the first building on the right.

Nice place to stay in country side. Owners are very kind and pleasant. Very good maple syrop homemade. Reasonable price. A little bit distance from Lake Placid.

We had a great stay here! We stayed for two nights; our room was nice and the lodge has a great common room with a fireplace that looks out on the mountains nearby. We had good breakfasts and there is excellent maple syrup made on-site. As for things to do, you couldn't ask for a better spot to stay for hiking; the lodge is right in the heart of the mountains and very close to some of the most popular trailheads. It's also ten minutes from Lake Placid proper, so town is right nearby. Next time we are in the area, we will definitely be coming back here!
