Barely helpful ever.

They try to scam me. They were slow in the service (75 minutes total). They couldn't make the new line work after one hour and refused to refund my charge even I insisted three times. To solve the issue they insisted in selling me a new phone! The manager of the store supported the idea and provided no solution.
