Not Clean, Front Desk person was arrogant and has no knowledge of the gym.Jeff - I see that you left different reviews at a few of our locations with different issues at each one but I could not find you as a member in any of our membership software and could not locate you on social media to reach out to you. We have had no other complaints about this and so am wondering if you could reach out to us through our e-mail ([email protected]) and so we can discuss and do our best to understand what you feel is dirty and understand what our staff may have done to make you feel they were arrogant. We have only had compliments on our staff and facility and so I hope you know that we truly want to understand what may have happened ad to also make sure that you are reviewing the correct location.
