My 77 year old mother went in today to pick up chicken feed and was told in the future they can't bring her order out to the car. Expecting someone of her age to carry 50 pound bags out to her car is ridiculous. They blame it on understaffing but if they treated their previous employees well they'd still be there. Needless to say my mother nor myself will ever be shopping there again.

When searching for gate mounting hardware for my wife's barn in Colchester, the folks at Aubuchon in Milton said they didn't have anything appropriate, and suggested Oliver Seed, where I was immediately helped by the good folks in finding what I needed. This is what being part of one's community is about. Thanks to both Aubuchon and Oliver, I was able to get two gates hung swiftly.

I purchased a factory sealed brand of rabbit food in July 2017. When I opened it at home, it was crawling with bugs. I returned it, and was given a refund. I gave the business the benefit of the doubt -- because I like to support local businesses -- and purchased the store's own mix of rabbit food in October 2017. A week or so after opening the bag, I began to see cockroaches and moths in my home. One morning when feeding my rabbit, I noticed these bugs IN THE BAG OF FOOD! So sorry that I cannot recommend Oliver Seed Co.
